Things to think about when deciding menu
Celiac Disease— Also known as gluten intolerance. A gluten-free diet means avoiding all products that contain wheat, rye and barley, or any of their derivatives.

Low Sugar--Client may have cravings for sweets, experience mood swings and hunger or have a family history of diabetes.
Lactose Free--Client may be lactose intolerant or not like dairy products.
