Streamline everything -- Today working on separate catering area and still trying to decide if bamboo plates etc are any good?

TC chamber is going to use me for their board meetings and am member. Researching Credit Card via Iphone packages. Finishing up Business Documents. Deciding if we are going to go with Bamboo plates etc since they are eco friendly.  Have suggestions?

Am very excited with the rice cooker, buffet servers so far. Scared but this has been so much fun so far.... only hope my friends show up for our party, would hate for so much food to go to waste.
